  I don't mind the less than stellar demeanor of the crew. It's a trip really, and should be a show on a&e. My main gripe is if I were going to run one of these things, I'd have a very good inventory system and map of the vehicles, with info on each vehicle. They used to call this a "database." So don't be in a hurry---but do be in the mood for a hunt as you seek your car. It's a kind of fun adventure if you're not in a hurry. But if you're in the middle of your work day and getting a part for your own customer's vehicle, then an annoying and frustrating adventure. Wear tall rubber boots if you go on a rainy day.
